Vacuum Island Canopy and Bases
Each vacuum island base including interior frame and vacuum platform is constructed of stainless steel in order to give you a long standing product that looks new for years. Each base has a unique modular design constructed for easy set up. Double vacuum island bases consist of three separate pieces and single vacuum island bases consist of two separate pieces. This enables you to set up the whole car wash base without a forklift in less than two hours, and you don’t have to replace the whole unit if a section gets damaged.
Each vacuum island canopy has a unique two-piece design which is more cost effective to ship. The canopy features aluminum frame, poles and vinyl cover that makes it lightweight, durable and weather resistant. You can even customize the vacuum island canopy for an additional fee.

- Total stainless steel construction including interior frame and vacuum platforms provide years of use while still looking like new

- Modular construction results in reduced freight costs; easily assembles without a forklift in about two hours
- Tepee mat holder with (4) mat clamps are permanently attached to the center module which cuts down on potential replacement parts
- Modular design allows for replacement of any section or part if damaged at your location (unlike one-piece designed islands requiring total replacement)
- Trash service door is secured with (2) Medeco cam locks and trash can be deposited from four directions into container
- Slide-out trash removal is readily accessible by door (instead of heavy and messy lifting)
- Optional end vaults are available
- Bumper Guards available in red, blue, yellow, green
